The Maumee Bay Club Oneness Youth Program is dedicated to developing future community leaders by providing young people with meaningful opportunities to learn, serve, and lead.

The Oneness Youth Program is designed to give young leaders the tools, guidance, and voice they need to create meaningful change in their lives and communities. Through mentorship, leadership development, educational experiences, and hands-on advocacy projects, participants gain confidence, purpose, and a deep sense of community awareness.

At its core, Oneness nurtures the next generation of changemakers who lead with integrity, compassion, and unity. Youth in this program learn to step into leadership, amplify their voices, and take action toward creating positive change in their world.

Our Core Focus Areas
1. Leadership Development
Through workshops, community projects, and teamwork exercises, youth learn how to lead with purpose, communicate effectively, and take initiative.
2. Advocacy & Civic Engagement
Youth explore how to use their voices for good — learning to advocate for themselves and others while addressing real issues that affect their community.
3. Service & Community Involvement
From volunteering at local events to organizing community projects, participants experience the power of giving back and making a difference together.
